To update your iOS version, from the device select Settings > General > Software Update. Select Download and Install or Install. This process can take a long time. Ensure that your devices are connected to power while the update downloads and/or installs.
3) Prepare your iPad and iPhone devices for first use
Connect your iPad to your preferred wireless network. Open the FloreoVR app and click Sign In. Log in with your Floreo username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click "Reset my password" under the Sign In button and follow the instructions in the email that is sent to you.
Connect your iPhone to your preferred wireless network. This can be different from the network used by your iPad. Open the FloreoVR app and follow the same sign in instructions as the iPad above. If you reset your password on the iPad in step 1, there is no need to reset it again at this stage. *Please note, if you are using Floreo for telehealth, the username and password you use to log in to Floreo on the iPad and iPhone may be different.*
